-IYH 4 was shown on PPV on October 22, 1995 from the Winnipeg Arena in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. There were 10,339 in attendance and the show did 90,000 buys.
-Toni Wilson sings Oh, Canada. Intro. Gorilla Monsoon says he will not let Shawn Michaels wrestle tonight, but that there will be an Intercontinental Title Match tonight.
-IYH Intro. Vince McMahon, Jerry Lawler, and Jim Ross welcome us to IYH and talk about what Monsoon just said.
-Fatu vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley: A battle of two wrestlers who would help shape the next 30 years of the WWE. Helmsley sprays his perfume on Fatu. Fatu unloads on Helmsley. He beats Helmsley down in the corner. It goes outside, and Fatu keeps the assault up. Back and forth in the ring. Fatu gets caught in the ropes and Helmsley attacks him. Helmsley with a piledriver. Helmsley hits some forearms. Fatu fights back. Helmsley with a swinging neck breaker and gets a two count. A knee drop gets another two count for Helmsley. Helmsley with a side headlock. Fatu fights back. Helmsley goes back to the side headlock. Helmsley with a big clothesline for a two count. They then trade counts. Fatu backdrops out of a Pedigree attempt and hits a big thrust kick. Fatu with a backbreaker. He hits a diving headbutt for a one count. Fatu hits a running bulldog. He misses a splash attempt. Helmsley hits the Pedigree to get the pin. Lawler then interviews Helmsley. Helmsley puts down Fatu. Henry Godwin then comes out with slop. Helmsley takes off.
-Dok Hendrix interviews Jim Cornette and the British Bulldog. They showed highlights of Bulldog turning on Diesel. Cornette says that Bulldog is going to pin Diesel to become the new WWF Champion.
-WWF Tag Team Championship Match. The Smokin' Gunns Billy and Bart vs. Razor Ramon and the 1-2-3 Kid: Vince interviews Ramon and the Kid. Ramon says they have put their problems behind them and are going to be the new champions. Ramon and the Kid come out to a great ovation. The introductions are made and the belts are presented. The bell rings. Kid and Billy start. Kid with an arm drag. Billy comes back. They trade arm drags. Bart and Ramon tagged in. A Razor chant goes out. They lock up and trade moves. Bart with a takedown. Back and forth. Bart with a wrist lock. Ramon comes back. Kid pulls the top rope down, and Bart flies out of the ring. Kid throws Bart back in, and Ramon attacks Bart. Kid tagged in and attacked Bart. He gets Bart down. He hits a leg drop on Bart. Ramon tagged back in. He fall away slams Kid onto Bart. Ramon and Kid are dominating the match. They quick tag. Kid gets a two count. Bart comes back and takes Ramon down. Dean Douglas is shown taking notes. Kid and Billy tagged in. Billy unloads on Kid and Ramon. He gets a two count. Bart tagged in. Bart with a series of backbreakers. He gets a two count. Billy tagged in and hit a dropkick for a two count. He misses a corner splash attempt. Both men down and their partners take turns putting one on the other. Kid gets a two count. Ramon tagged in. He unloads on the Gunns. Ramon hits the Razor's Edge on Billy. The Kid wants the tag. He gets it. Billy reverses the pin to get the win. The Kid is upset. He attacks Billy and Bart. He grabs the belts, and the four men face off. Ramon calms the Kid down.

-Marty Jannetty vs. Goldust: Goldust has an interview about Jannetty. Goldust's PPV debut. It would become an iconic character for Dustin Rhodes. It takes a while to get started. Jannetty with the early advantage. He knocks Goldust outside. Jannetty throws Goldust back in. Goldust rolls back out to regroup. Jannetty taunts Goldust. Back and forth. Goldust with a roll up for a two count. Jannetty with a hurricanrana. They trade blows. Jannetty slugs Goldust. Goldust with a clothesline. He attacks Jannetty. Goldust kicks Jannetty in the corner. Goldust with a corner whip and a snap mare. He gets a one count. Goldust with a side headlock to Jannetty. He hits Jannetty. They trade blows. Goldust with a backdrop. Jannetty thrown outside. Goldust beats Jannetty down. Jannetty thrown out. Jannetty snap mares Goldust from the apron to the outside. They fight on the outside. Goldust runs Jannetty into the ring post. He runs Jannetty into the apron. Goldust suplexes Janneetty inside for a two count. Goldust goes back to the rear chin lock. Jannetty fights back. Back and forth. Jannetty misses a corner splash. Goldust hits a DDT for a two count. Jannetty hits the Rocker Dropper, but Goldust moves on a fist drop attempt. Jannetty drops an elbow for a two count. Jannetty with a flurry of offense. Goldust gets his leg up on a fist drop attempt. Goldust hits the face first suplex to get the pin.
-Flashback to what led to the next match. King Mabel with Sir Mo vs. Yokozuna with Mr. Fuji and Jim Cornette: Cornette says Gorilla Monsoon is trying to sow destruction, but that Yokozuna will prevail. Mabel out first. Yoko gets some cheers when he comes out. It takes a while to get started. The bell rings, and they shove each other. They slug it out. Mabel sent to the outside. He gets back in. Mabel comes back with a clothesline, and Yoko is sent to the outside. Mabel hits a corner splash. He beats Yoko in the corner. Yoko comes back with a clothesline. They both miss big moves. Yoko beats Mabel down in the corner. Yoko gets bulldogged and falls outside. Mabel follows, and Yoko runs him into a ring post. Mo shoves Fuji and Cornette and then Yoko trips and falls on Cornette. Both men get counted out. They get back in the ring and face off. They get face to face before hugging. Survivor Series ad.
-Dok Hendrix is in the ring with Gorilla Monsoon. Hendrix calls out Dean Douglas. He then calls out Shawn Michaels to relinquish the title. Michaels goes to give the title to Monsoon, and Douglas snatches it away. Michaels leaves the ring. WWF Intercontinental Championship Match. Dean Douglas vs. Razor Ramon: Ramon comes to the ring and attacks Douglas right away. Douglas rolls out to regroup. Ramon with a wrist lock. He gets Douglas down. He works over the arm. Ramon with an arm bar. He slams Douglas down. He slaps Douglas around. Douglas gets to the ropes. Douglas tries to come back, but Ramon goes back to the wrist lock. Back to the arm bar. Douglas gets back to the ropes. Douglas stomps Ramon down. Douglas runs into a fall away slam, and Douglas falls to the outside. Ramon attacks Douglas as soon as Douglas gets in the ring. Back and forth, and Ramon knocks Douglas off the apron and back to the floor. Ramon suplexes Douglas inside. Ramon is working on the back. Douglas falls outside again. Ramon follows him and pours a bottle of water on Douglas. Back and forth. Douglas backdrops out of a Razor's Edge attempt. He beats on Ramon on the outside. Douglas throws Ramon in and goes up top. He comes off with a forearm, but gets caught and choke slammed by Ramon. Both men down, and a double count is going. Both get back up. Douglas with a reverse body press, but Ramon rolls through for a two count. Douglas responds with a dropkick. He gets a two count. Ramon with a belly to back suplex. Ramon gets an arm over Douglas and gets the pin. Douglas had his leg under the ropes. That was a BS finish, but Ramon is the new IC Champion.
-Bret Hart comes out to a massive ovation to do commentary on the main event. Jerry Lawler goes to attack Hart, who responds in kind, and Lawler takes off for the back. Main Event. WWF Championship Match. Diesel vs. The British Bulldog with Jim Cornette: Dok Hendrix plugs the Dudes with Attitudes t-shirt. He then talks to Diesel, who says he's feeling awful funky. Okay, whatever that means. He was hugely popular with the crowd. The bell rings, and they lock up. Diesel pushes off. Diesel hits a forearm. He follows it up with a scoop slam. Bulldog rolls out to regroup. He grabs Diesel's legs, but Diesel pulls Bulldog into the ring post. Diesel hits a corner clothesline. Bulldog with a dropkick that knocks Diesel to the outside and into Hart. Diesel shoves Hart. They stare at each other, and Bulldog clips Diesel's leg. Bulldog gets Diesel in the ring and works on the leg. A Diesel chant goes out. He gets a leg lock on and tries to get Diesel down. Diesel fights back. Diesel thrown outside and Cornette attacks him. Bulldog runs Diesel into the ring steps. Cornette keeps the attack up. Bulldog continues the attack on the leg back in the ring. He slams the leg down on the mat. Bulldog with a Boston Crab. Diesel powers out. Bulldog goes back to stomping the legs. Diesel fights back. Bulldog with a leg drop for a two count. He goes back to working on the leg. Bulldog goes and clips the leg again. He puts a leg lock on. Back and forth. Bulldog drops down on the leg. Diesel pushes Bulldog to the outside. He comes back and grabs Diesel's leg again. Diesel drops his leg down on Bulldog. Diesel blocks and reverses a suplex. Diesel hits a side suplex. A Diesel chant goes out again. Bulldog gets a two count. Bulldog puts Diesel into the Sharpshooter. Hart criticizes how he puts it on as Diesel powers out. Diesel gets a two count. Diesel pushes off a power slam attempt and hits a big boot. Cornette tries to interfere. Bulldog accidentally hits Cornette. Diesel with a leapfrog body guillotine to Bulldog. Bulldog falls to the outside. Diesel ran into the ring post. Bulldog attacks Hart. Hart goes after Bulldog and the bell rings. Bulldog wins by DQ. Diesel remains champion. Hart and Diesel exchange blows. Officials out to break them up. Wrestlers also out to separate them as they sign off, and McMahon is not happy with the outcome.
-Final Thoughts: A change is on the way for the WWF. This is worth one watch.
